Chris Brown, 24, is being sent behind bars after he allegedly violated a judge's order by getting kicked out of the rehab facility in Malibu he's been staying at for four months, according to TMZ.com.
The 'Fine China' hitmaker was chucked out of the facility for allegedly breaking "internal rules" and, although it is not yet known what he has done, it is believed it had nothing to do with violence or drugs.
The singer is currently in custody and is in the process of being transferred to a local jail.
Chris was ordered to complete 90 days of treatment for anger issues, stemming from his violent assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009, and finished the stint earlier this month.
However, at the latest court hearing, the judge modified the conditions and ordered the star to stay at the facility while a separate case of an alleged assault on Parker Adams in Washington D.C in October is still ongoing.
