Charlie Sheen's 'goddesses' play role in custody battle

Charlie Sheen's live-in girlfriends may have to agree to regular drug tests when he regains custody of his sons Bob and Max.

The 23-month-old twins' mother, Brook Mueller, has reportedly told her lawyers to request Charlie's "goddesses" - Bree Olson and Natalie Kenly - take regular tests to prove they have not been using illegal substances.

A source told RadarOnline.com: "Brooke doesn't want the girlfriends around her sons. One is a porn star, and the other is a marijuana magazine cover model.

"Brooke is seeking to control who is around the boys when Charlie has custodial time with them."

Brooke - Charlie's third wife, who split from him at the end of 2009 following a domestic incident - submitted a declaration to Los Angeles Superior Court earlier this week claiming he took his sons from her home without permission on February 26.

Judge Hank M. Goldberg stripped Charlie of his custody rights and imposed a separate restraining order which doesn't allow him to communicate with Brooke - who herself is in day treatment for substance abuse problems - or be allowed within 100 yards of her or his sons.

Police arrived at Charlie's Beverly Hills home to remove the boys on Tuesday night.

In court documents, Brooke stated: "I am very concerned that Sheen is currently insane. I am in great fear that he will find me and attack me and I am in great fear for the children's safety while in his care."

Brooke has admitted to having a relapse recently, but has been sober for a week. Charlie, meanwhile, has passed numerous tests to prove he is drug free, and is working to have his custody rights reinstated.

The source added: "Brooke recognises Charlie will be allowed to see the boys again. It's just a matter of timing. Charlie is sober, right now. But that could change in an instant, Brooke believes.

"Brooke will abide and respect whatever the court orders her to do. She has been sober for approximately one week, and the boys are being cared for by Brooke and her mom at an undisclosed secure location right now."

Charlie also two daughters, Sam, six, and Lola, five, with his ex-wife Denise Richards, as well as an adult daughter, 26-year-old Cassandra, from a previous relationship.
