Charlie Sheen's ex granted restraining order

Charlie Sheen's former fiancée has been granted a temporary restraining order against the actor.

Brett Rossi filed for an emergency stay-away order last week after Charlie allegedly threatened to pay $20,000 to have her "head kicked in".

A source told the New York Daily News: "Honestly, she's terrified. He said he was going to pay someone $20,000 to kill her. Lots of people might say, 'That's just Charlie being Charlie,' but we've lived through O.J. We don't take this as a joke."

Charlie's lawyer Marty Singer said: "The TRO was obtained without notice to Charlie Sheen or his attorney. I believe it is the first time someone obtained an order based on a story in a tabloid."

Charlie, 50 - who revealed to the world he was HIV-positive last year - vowed to have Brett beaten after she sued him for assault and battery as well as exposing her to the sexually transmitted virus.

In a 35-minute audio recording obtained by National Enquirer magazine and provided to Radar Online, the former Two and a Half Men can allegedly be heard telling a now ex-lover who is not Rossi his plan.

He said: "This piece of s**t needs to be f***ing buried ... Family of gangsters. You get it. I can't be f***ing extorted. It's called treason. You know what treason is? It's punishable by death. I'd rather spend 20 grand to have her head kicked in."

Brett - real name is Scottine Ross - filed a $5 million lawsuit against Charlie last year after he allegedly failed to tell her he had the disease until after they had engaged in unprotected sex five times and she found his medication.

She also claimed the actor, whom she dated from 2013 until 2014 and had a brief engagement with, had forced her to have an abortion and was physically abusive towards her.

Charlie has denied all of the allegations and reportedly refused to settle the suit out of court with her for $1 million.

Last November - one month before Brett filed the lawsuit - Charlie announced he had HIV via a live TV interview on the Today show with NBC host Matt Lauer.
