Charlie Sheen is suing the porn star who was with him when he smashed up a New York hotel room last month.
The incident on the night of October 26 saw Christina Walsh - who performs under the name Capri Anderson, and was being paid US$3,500 (NZ$4,595) as an escort by the Two And A Half Men star - lock herself in the bathroom of the Plaza Hotel in New York while Charlie went on a rampage, causing around US$7,000 (NZ$9,191)of damage to the room.
She filed a complaint against the actor on Monday with the New York Police Department, accusing the star of harassment in the second degree.
She is also said to be suing him for battery and false imprisonment, claiming in TV interviews yesterday that Charlie threw a lamp at her, used offensive language - calling her a "w***e" and using racial slurs - and put his hands around her throat.
She told ABC News: "He definitely was growing more intense as the night grew and went on. It's hard to say being that it was my first time hanging out with him if it was normal of his everyday behaviour or not. He seemed like a very egotistical person."
Charlie is, however, now suing Christina, 22, for extortion, with a case filed at Los Angeles County Superior Court stating that Christina threatened "to embarrass him and attempt to damage his career by going to the media with her false tale" and that she demanded at least "one million dollars".
It also denies her allegations, claiming the 45-year-old actor did not "assault, batter or threaten" her and she was not held against her will.
The lawsuit further goes on to claim she stole his US$165,000 (NZ$216,692) Patek Philippe watch.
Following the X-rated actress' claims on television, Charlie's lawyer Yale Galanter said: "Ms. Capri never made any allegation of wrongful conduct on the part of Mr. Sheen the night of the incident. She has posted on her website that she was 'fine' after the incident but if you wanted to see more of her enter the web site for money.
"We will defend this lawsuit vigorously and will never pay her a dime.
These allegations against Mr. Sheen are completely false, and are a blatant attempt to cash in on his celebrity."
Christina also claims the day after the ordeal she was contacted by Charlie via text message and offered US$20,000 (NZ$26,254) for her silence.
She said: "He apologised for his behaviour and for the entire evening, I guess. The apology was very simple."
