Earlier this year, Titanic star Winslet told MTV that the once-inescapable iconic song turned her stomach.
"I feel like throwing up when I hear it. No, I shouldn't say that. No, actually, I do feel like throwing up," she said.
"I wish I could say, 'Oh listen, everybody! It's the Celine Dion song!' But I don't. I just have to sit there, you know, kind of straight-faced with a massive internal eye roll."
Winslet continued: "It's thrilling for people to surprise me with the Celine Dion song. I did a talk show recently in Italy and they actually had a live pianist who started gently playing the theme song.
"I was not even gently, rather severely, urged to go and sing it as though I had in fact sung it myself in the first place. It was like, 'No! I'm not going to do that.' They're like, 'Oh no, come on, it will be funny.' No, it won't be funny. At all. And I'm not going to."

Dion was forced to pull out of a string of concerts at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas in February, after a virus affected her vocal cords.
"[My voice] was just choppy a little bit," Dion explained to Today's Savannah Guthrie. "It's hard to do a show, but it's much harder to cancel the show. We disappointed a lot of people. It was hard."
She added: "I don't depend on my vocal cords; I don't depend on my success and my singing. Don't get me wrong, I love what I do, but I don't hold on to that. When you have children you have accomplished a lot."
Dion has three children with husband Rene Angelil - 11-year-old René-Charles and 19-month-old twins, Nelson and Eddie.
