Alison Mau and Simon Dallow are preparing to sell their Remuera family home, 10 months after announcing their shock split.
TVNZ presenter Mau said the $1.9 million property was not on the market yet, but "will be soon".
"As of today it is not on the market, but we are handing all our marketing to our agent," she said yesterday.
The couple split last June after 19 years together, 13 as a married couple. They have two young children.
When they bought the 1950s Remuera Rd home in 2005, it had six bedrooms, three bathrooms, three living areas, a study and a swimming pool. The 1500sq m property has a capital value of $1.9m, according to the QV website.
Mau, 44, has been linked to hip-hop dance teacher and aerobics champion Karleen Edmonds, and One News anchor Dallow, 45, has been linked to radio station account executive Louise Colenbrander, 28.
Addressing speculation about her relationship with Edmonds in February, Mau said her children would remain her most important priority and she would not discuss her private life in public.
"I'd also like to reassure people that I am happy, my children are happy and for my family that's the most important thing," she said.
They're not the only celebrities selling - Matthew Ridge and Susan Wood have put their respective properties on the market, too.
Ridge listed the Freemans Bay villa he shares with long-time partner, singer Carly Binding, a month ago.
Bayleys agent Deborah Purdy said the property had a price indication of about $2.2m, and viewings were by appointment only.
The home was former league star Brent Todd's base during a year-long home detention in 2008/09 for his part in a multi-million-dollar gaming machine fraud.
Purdy said Ridge's decision to sell was based on the couple wanting a "fresh start". "He would like to sell so that he and Carly can put some money into some of their businesses and look at other new directions."
Broadcaster Wood has listed her Parnell home after deciding the 437sq m property was "too big" when her eldest son went to Otago University this year.
The Gibraltar Cres home is behind the swanky Parnell shops and has views over the Domain. According to QV, the property has a value of about $2.2m.
The house features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a three-car garage, wine cellar, home theatre room and a large central courtyard. It is next door to the house of Wood's first husband, pilot Duncan Beck.
Wood said selling the home she did up from scratch was an "adventure" and she was looking forward to getting stuck into another property project.
"My big son went off to Otago and I suddenly had a huge house for me, my other son and the dog and I just thought, 'I need to get something smaller'.
"I suppose it is a bit of empty nest syndrome."
