Lindsay Lohan has credited meditation with turning her life around.
The Mean Girls star endured a troubled few years which included jail time and numerous stints in rehab, but she has bounced back and is now starring in a West End production of David Mamet's play Speed-The-Plow, which garnered mostly positive reviews after it opened.
Lohan has now revealed regular meditation has helped her put the party circuit behind her and get her life back on track.
"I have some meditations so I tend to do those quite a lot... I do Deepak Chopra's 21-day Meditation. It's the most personal thing I can think of that I have for myself. Just being able to shut off. It's a hard process, but I've been practising it for a while now and it does work," Lohan told Britain's Marie Claire magazine.
