The singer beat other Australian favourites, including Rolf Harris, Olivia Newton John, Nicole Kidman, Jason Donovan and Dame Edna Everage.
The survey of 100 people, by male grooming firm Eye BioBotanics to mark Australia Day, showed that the late Steve Irwin was Britons' favourite Aussie male.
