It appears Britney Spears has upgraded from estranged husband Kevin Federline to find herself a model boyfriend.
The bikini-clad Toxic singer was seen soaking up the sun with model-and-actor Isaac Cohen, 25, on a private speedboat off the coast of Marina del Rey, California, on Saturday.
Britney's new companion appeared to mirror Federline's rapper-gangster image, sporting fashionable stubble, low-slung jeans and a bandana.
However, according to Cohen's agent, Brandi Lord, this is where the comparison ends, as, unlike Britney's ex, Cohen is not "a player".
Lord told People magazine: "He's got a great heart and a good family, and he was raised well. He's a gentleman."
The couple were also seen enjoying each other's company at the W Hotel's Whiskey Blue bar, in Los Angeles, on Sunday night.
Lord added their relationship had developed within the "past month" and assured mother-of-two Britney that Cohen "is not out to get a name for himself".
