KEY POINTS:
Serial mother Angelina Jolie is secretly planning to extend her brood of adopted children - this time with an orphan boy from the Czech Republic.
The Tomb Raider star, currently in Prague filming thriller Wanted, has reportedly made several visits to an orphanage in the centre of the city.
According to British newspaper The Sun, Brad and Angelina - who already have a brood of children from Cambodia, Ethiopia and Vietnam - have fallen in love with one of the orphans.
In a bid to prove to officials how serious their intentions to adopt are, her partner Brad Pitt flew direct from Montreal, Canada, to meet the child last week.
The couple will now be going through the appropriate channels to make what will be their fourth adoption official.
A source close to the celebrity couple said: "Angelina celebrated her 32nd birthday yesterday and had told Brad she felt it was time to extend their family again.
"Her maternal instincts are in overdrive and she felt a bond with the kid straight away.
"She called Brad and said she had found a child who would fit in perfectly with the other kids.
"If everything goes smoothly, Angelina will have an Eastern European son to add to her brood."
Determined to keep their adoption plans under wraps, Angelina has reportedly been employing a series of cunning ploys to minimise publicity. One of which involves her security staff sending out decoy cars from her hotel before she goes and visits the orphanage.
The couple are now said to be back in New York for a three-week break while Czech authorities process the adoption paperwork.
