The book I love most is ... Well it's not actually a book but it would have to be the Rugby League Week. Believe it or not, I have only just discovered the beautiful art of reading. Before I read my first book, which was The Rogue Black Belt by John B Will, I had never read a full book. But I finally felt that sensation of not wanting to put a book down. Since then, I have extended my reading, which used to mainly consist of the sport pages of all our national newspapers, and scripts.

The book I'm reading right now is ... The Art of Loving by Erich Fromm. It's a really hard read.

The book I'd like to read next is ... The Rock Says, by wrestler and actor Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. It's his autobiography. But I'm happy for people to recommend books for me to read. I'm still buzzing at the sensation of not being able to put a book down.

The book that changed me is ... The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey. It's a self-help book broken up into seven habits, as the name suggests.
