KEY POINTS:
Local blues legends Hammond Gamble and Midge Marsden headline a unique double-bill at Sky City this August, playing their first ever back-to-back sets.
Both musicians will be joined by their bands, playing their best-known tracks from the past four decades.
The pair will play Auckland's Sky City Theatre on Friday, August 1. Tickets go on sale this Monday, June 23, from Ticketek.
Meanwhile, psychedelic rockers, the Brian Jonestown Massacre (BJM), are making their Kiwi debut, nearly 20 years after forming in San Francisco.

BJM will play Auckland's Kings Arms on Friday, September 5, as well as shows in Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.
