Blind opera singer Andrea Bocelli was airlifted to hospital after falling off a horse and hitting his head.
The famously active 58-year-old suffered the nasty tumble while riding a horse in Pisa, Italy, on Thursday.
Italy's top tenor, who has been permanently blind since the age of 12, is now thought to be recovering back at home, the Daily Mail reported.
It is unclear how the accident happened but he was immediately rushed to hospital by helicopter. The extent of his injuries are not yet known.
Andrea reassured his fans after the incident by insisting the fall was "trivial" and that he "feels great", in a tweet posted on Thursday afternoon (UK time).
Last year, Bocelli told the Daily Mail that he learned to ride horses when he was just seven, admitting he loves the "challenge".
"It's my culture. I love the challenge," he admitted. "I made my parents suffer a lot when I was younger.
"Every day I take risks with my life. With the bicycle, with the horses, in the sea, everywhere. I probably have an angel. A very careful guardian angel."
The opera singer married manager Veronica Berti, 33, in 2014, who he shares five-year-old daughter Virginia with.
He also has two sons - 22-year-old Amos and 19-year-old Matteo - with his ex-wife Enrica Cenzatti, who he met while singing in piano bars early on in his career.
Bocelli revealed in the past that his parents were advised to abort him because doctors predicted the future famous singer would be born with a disability.
It was immediately apparent at birth that Bocelli had poor eyesight and he was diagnosed with congenital glaucoma.
The condition would eventually lead to Bocelli's love for the music that would later make him so famous.
"When I was five my mother discovered that the only way to comfort me with my glaucoma, was to play classical music on the record player," he told The Daily Telegraph in 2010.
Bocelli became permanently blind at the age of 12 after he was hit in his right eye during a football match while playing goalkeeper.
The father-of-three, currently married to 33-year-old Veronica Berti, has been winding down after performing with a Haitian children's choir on a two-week European tour.
Bocelli's foundation created the 'Voices of Haiti' choir to give specialized training and the trip of a lifetime to young children and teens from the country's poorest regions.
