Billy Joel is moving in to the oceanfront home of Jaws star Roy Scheider in the Hamptons.
Scheider says he is selling the five-bedroom house to the singer-songwriter for a price "close" to US$18.75 million ($25.34 million). Newsday reports.
"I'm so happy that Billy Joel is buying it, because it's the perfect house for him," Scheider, 74, said.
"He can put his piano on the second floor, overlook the beach and the farmland and write beautiful music for all of us."
