Big Boi has added his name to the long list of rappers coming to New Zealand next year - but he won't be bringing his Outkast sidekick Andre 3000 with him.
The Atlanta rapper has confirmed plans to play two dates next year: Auckland's Studio on March 16 and Wellington's Meow on March 17.
That will please fans of Big Boi's solo work, a career which has yeilded four albums, including this year's well received Boomiverse.
But fans hoping for Big Boi and Andre 3000 to bring their Outkast reunion tour here are likely to be disappointed.
