Justin Bieber is being sued for allegedly kicking a photographer in the stomach last year.
The As Long As You Love Me hitmaker has been accused of assaulting paparazzo Jose Osmin Hernandez in Los Angeles while on a date with his former girlfriend Selena Gomez, who he split from earlier this year after two years of dating.
According to court documents, obtained by gossip website TMZ.com, Jose claims that Justin, 19, got frustrated with him and several other photographers for taking pictures of the then couple at The Commons retail complex in Calabasas as he was trying to manoeuver his Mercedes out of a parking space.
He claims the Canadian star then jumped out of the car and "delivered a martial arts-type kick... in the lower rib cage on the left side of his abdomen."
According to the lawsuit, Jose claims that Justin then used his left fist to punch him on the right side of his face and pushed him against a parked car.
