Justin Bieber says his latest wild party was like The Great Gatsby.
The 19-year-old singer threw a bash at his Calabasas mansion in California on Friday night, which reportedly landed him in trouble with the police after neighbours grew tired of the noise.
The Boyfriend hitmaker organised the party forabout 100 of his closest friends and told TMZ it was like a scene from Leonardo DiCarprio's film The Great Gatsby in which he plays wealthy party lover Jay Gatsby.
Approached while getting into his car on Saturday, Justin told a video paparazzo: "It was wild. It was some Great Gatsby sh*t, man."
Sources told TMZ rapper Snoop Lion was among Justin's guests and police were called three times during the early hours of Saturday morning because of excessive noise.
The first call was made at about 1am and Los Angeles County Sheriff's Deputies advised the party-goers to calm things down.
Further calls were made at 3am and 5.30am, one of which from Justin's next door neighbour who reportedly accused him of speeding up and down the street recently.
The pop star sealed the deal on his $6.5 million mansion in the Californian suburb, near to the Kardashian residence, last year.
The 10,000 sq ft home is sat on 1.3 acres of land and previously belonged to actor Eddie Murphy's ex-wife Nicole Mitchell.
