Singer Azealia Banks has launched a GoFundMe fundraiser to raise money for a lawsuit against Kiwi actor Russell Crowe.
The would-be suit is over an incident at Russell Crowe's Beverly Hills hotel suite in 2016, in which Crowe reportedly forcibly removed Azealia Banks from a party.
She claimed on Facebook that during the altercation, he called her the n-word, choked her and spat on her.
Wu-Tang Clan rapper RZA - who attended the event with Banks - disputed her version of events, and says Banks was verbally abusive and threatened to cut one of the women in the room. However, he has since confirmed in an interview that Russell Crowe had spit at her.
Now, nearly two years on, Banks is seeking $100,000 through GoFundMe to sue Crowe. At the time of writing, the page as raised US $2898 in nine days.
