Reality turned ugly for Australian reality TV show starlets Vernesa and Sophie outside a cafe in a Sydney shopping centre.
The duo from The Shire "dramality" show, known for their love of Botox and fake tanning, found themselves under attack in what media first described as a "knife fight".
But a police source later described it as a "catfight" between two groups of women.
Australia's Network Ten, which is broadcasting the widely panned TV series, has assured fans that the pair were shaken, not slashed.
Vernesa suffered minor facial injuries and was treated at a local medical centre.
