Behind-the-scenes talent in the music industry was honoured last night at the second annual VNZMA Artisan Awards at the Tuning Fork.
Ben Edwards won Massey University Best Producer for his work on Nadia Reid's stunning sophomore album Preservation.
Reid is up for three Tuis at the Vodafone New Zealand Music Awards. Edwards has also worked with fellow-finalist Aldous Harding as well as Marlon Williams and Tami Neilson.
Clint Murphy was awarded the Tui for Best Engineer for his work on Devilskin's 2016 album Be Like The River, which peaked at No.1 on the Official New Zealand Music Chart.
