Ariana Grande doesn't miss her chance to have a diva disaster and proves that even a bakery visit is just another opportunity to spit the dummy:
Doughnut tantrum
Grande was caught this week on surveillance footage in a bakery claiming she hates her home country and the people that live there. She also licked some of the display doughnuts when the bakery worker wasn't looking.
"What the f**k is that? I hate Americans. I hate America," she exclaimed to her rumoured beau, back-up dancer Ricky Alvarez, at the sight of a tray of oversized doughnuts.
The incident is now being investigated by Police and Riverside County public health officials in Lake Elsinore, California, where the doughnut shop is located, according to the Associated Press.
Puppy rage
On a recent trip from France to the UK as part of Grande's The Honeymoon Tour entourage, the singer's mother was stopped by guards at the ferry border because Ariana's dogs, Toulouse and Sirius, didn't have the correct paperwork.
Grande's mum took took to social media in a hysterical rant, calling it the "worst day of my life" and claiming the dogs "were almost murdered".
The singer backed up her mother, tweeting that "no animal / human should be treated that way.. ever. Dont f*** w my puppies. ever....." she tweeted.
Left side or nothing
On a press trip to Sydney last year, the request was given to media that the star wanted to be shot from her left side. Keep an eye out, in every shot of the petite popstar she's flaunting her "good" side - where she happens to have a cute cheek dimple.
Don't ask me anything!
When Grande came to Australia, media were handed a list of topics to avoid when asking her questions. No topics are off limits for some of the biggest stars in the world, yet Grande was happy to enforce strict bans on:
1. Relationships/Dating/Ex-boyfriends 2. Mariah Carey 3. Sam & Cat/Jennette McCurdy 4. Working/collaborating with Justin Bieber 5. Her grandfather passing away
Diva supreme
The singer had a diva-off with US host of E! News Giuliana Rancic, who is considered TV royalty in the US and has paid her dues hanging with stars on the red carpets. But Grande happily staked her claim as the new diva on the block.
"Little Ariana comes over, I feel like BING, elbow in my side, I'm like what's going on? and they push me to the other side. So I had to be on my ugly side," Rancic said on her TV show.
Move over Jennette ...
She famously didn't get along with her co-star Jennette McCurdy on Nickelodeon show Sam & Cat. In the teen show, Grande and McCurdy were supposed BFFS but off screen, Grande made her feelings very clear. The pair were rumoured to have had a bad relationship and Grande all-but confirmed it when the show's run came to an end.
The singer posted a thank you letter to the show's fans, its creator Dan Schneider, the cast and crew but conveniently forgot to thank McCurdy.
