Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson have split up, TMZ reports.
The couple has called off their engagement, sources close to the couple tell TMZ.
The pair announced their engagement in May just a few weeks after they had started dating. The headlines at the time made mention of the engagement ring, valued around $100,000.
At the time, Pete Davidson took to Instagram to announce the engagement. "U know what you'd dream it be like? It's better than that," he wrote.
Grande is reportedly going through a difficult time of her life, having tweeted that she needs a break from the spotlight.
A few days ago, people noticed Davidson covering up his bunny ears tattoo he has on his neck, for Ariana Grande.
"It simply wasn't the right time for their relationship to take off," sources told TMZ.
Grande has reportedly been struggling to cope with the death of her ex-boyfriend, rapper Mac Miller.
The host has been spotted across the Atlantic post-election.
