Apple has been accused of exploitation by bumping up the price of Whitney Houston's albums on iTunes in the UK following her death.
Her Ultimate Collection of hits, released in 2007, was increased by £3 to £7.99, according to the UK Digital Spy website.
As some fans complained the company was "cashing in", others also blamed her record company, Sony Music, which owns the rights to most of her back catalogue.
Neither company was available for comment and last night the album had returned to its original price.
