Just in time for Valentine's Day, the first-look trailer has dropped for a hilarious upcoming Kiwi film about breaking up like a pro.
The Breaker Upperers follows two best friends who are "cynical misfits who earn a living by breaking up unhappy couples for cash".
Jackie van Beek and Madeleine Sami star in the film which they also wrote and directed, and it's already making waves as its set to make its world premiere at the SXSW Festival in Austin next month.
It's a star studded trailer, including the return of James Rolleston (Boy and Pork Pie) to the big screen, as well as Rima Te Wiata, Teuila Blakely, Rose Matafeo, Jaquie Brown, Angella Dravid, Cohen Holloway, Oscar Kightley and more.
And as if that weren't enough, Taika Waititi is involved too. He's acting as executive producer, while his Hunt For the Wilderpeople partner Carthew Neal will co-produce the film with Ainsley Gardner and Georgina Conder.
