A publicist for the Rehab singer told People magazine the 23-year-old married boyfriend Blake Fielder-Civil in Miami last Friday.
The couple wed in the Miami-Dade County marriage licence bureau with no guests, reported Britain's Daily Mail newspaper.
Winehouse wore a short floral sundress while the groom opted for a vintage suit and trilby.
The couple announced their engagement last month, after a tumultuous relationship, which has seen them break up repeatedly over the past two years.
The song Tears Dry On Their Own was written about Fielder-Civil following one of the couple's lengthy splits.
Winehouse recently described Fielder-Civil as her "best friend" in an interview with Entertainment Weekly.
