TV3 drama The Almighty Johnsons has been commissioned for another season.
The series, which was likened to a Go Girls for guys, or the next Outrageous Fortune meets Thor, stars Tim Balme, Dean O'Gorman, Jared Turner, Emmett Skilton and Ben Barrington as the male leads and Keisha Castle-Hughes as a potential love interest.
It pulled an average 25.7 per cent audience share during its 13-week run on TV3 earlier this year, with a total of 1.6 million people tuning in across the series.
A further 13 hour-long episodes of the South Pacific Pictures show have been commissioned by NZ On Air and will screen on TV3 next year.
