Michael Lohan, actress/singer Lindsay's father, is out after serving nearly two years in a New York state prison for drunken driving and assault.
He vows he'll stay sober, and wants to heal his broken relationship with Lindsay. But that'll have to wait: the New York Post says Lindsay left a Californian rehab for a week-long club hop in Manhattan.
A spokeswoman for Lindsay says the actress is "taking her life day by day".
