Alicia Vikander is replacing Angelina Jolie as Lara Croft in a new Tomb Raider movie.
The Hollywood Reporter said Vikander, the Swedish actress and star of movies like Ex Machina and The Man from U.N.C.L.E., would star in a new film based on the popular game series.
Vikander won a best supporting actress award for her role in The Danish Girl. She's also due to star in this year's Bourne film, Jason Bourne, released in July.
THR reported the film would "tell the story of a young and untested Croft fighting to survive her first adventure". Roar Uthaug is signed up to direct.
Jolie starred in two Tomb Raider movies: 2001's Lara Croft: Tomb Raider and 2003's Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life.
