As a contentious US election cycle draws to a close, it seems even those skewering Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton are sick of all of the vitriol.
Saturday Night Live has been running amok this election season with superb performances by Kate McKinnon as Hillary Clinton and Alec Baldwin as Donald Trump.
But even they're sick of all of the nastiness, calling for a verbal ceasefire during Saturday night's show.
Of course, before that happened the two traded verbal blows, which mainly poked fun at the contentious FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton's emails (as well as the Donald's love affair with the FBI, Putin and the KKK).
"I never use emails," Baldwin as Trump boasts. "I use a very private, very secure site where one can write whatever they want to and no one can read it It's called Twitter."
"Everyone can see your tweets," a reporter tells him. "Really? And I'm still in this thing?"
Trump asks dumbfounded. "America you must really hate this lady."
