Rockin' Rod keeps trotting out his covers of pop standards by the likes of Cole Porter, whose I've Got You Under My Skin is included here, and Henry Mancini, whose Moon River gets a husky and soppy working over.
Although, his take on Love Me Or Leave Me comes across as a little slapstick compared to the staunch and cheeky tease that Nina Simone brought to the song.
Still, it's all nice and mumsy enough-and nobody rocks your mum like Rod.
