The only thing this concept album from the consummately smooth and shining light of modern-day soul is lacking is a clincher track like Closer, the oonst-driven banger off his previous album.

Still, Libra Scale - based on three garbage collectors who have to choose between money, fame, power and love - has plenty of stylish and shimmering soul like Beautiful Monster and sweet standout, One In A Million.
