Adam Sandler is easily one of the most divisive comedians and actors of our generation.
And, whether you love him or hate him, there's no denying the 50-year-old actor has remained an extremely bankable star - his movies have grossed over US $2 billion at the box office.
But, just because his movies are commercially successful, doesn't mean his own kids like them.
Sandler recently headed to Ellen to speak about his return to the comedy circuit and the talk show host asked if his kids - 10-year-old Sadie and 8-year-old Sunny - watched his movies.
"They can't possibly watch any of your movies, cause your movies are very R-Rated," Ellen said.
"Some are okay, some are PG-13 ish so my kids have seen them," Sandler admitted.
"I put them on because they beg to see them, they're like 'Please, it's not fair, let me watch your movies, those people always yell things at you on the street and I don't know what the heck they're talking about,'" he laughed.
Adding, "So I show them the movies, they demand it. Then, they get like 20 minutes in every time and I see them tuning out, and then I hear them, they're nervous to say it, but they're like 'Can we watch something else?'"
