Actress Zoe Saldana gives birth to twins

Actress Zoe Saldana has given birth to twin boys.

The Guardians of the Galaxy star and her husband Marco Perego welcomed the double bundle of joy, their first children, in Los Angeles on Monday.

A source tells Eonline.com, "She had her twins. (They) are both so excited. They are surrounded by family and friends. All that matters now to Zoe and her husband is that the babies are healthy."

The fiercely private couple secretly wed in England in the summer of 2013.

News of her pregnancy first surfaced in July. Saldana confirmed the baby joy in August.
