Kevin Spacey is being investigated by Scotland Yard over claims he sexually assaulted a young actor in his London home.
The accuser, who cannot be named, claims that Spacey invited him to his London flat for drinks and woke up to find the star, 56, performing a sex act on him.
The actor allegedly told him not to tell anyone what had happened as he fled but has gone to the police after Star Trek actor Anthony Rapp accused him of trying to seduce him as a 14-year-old, reports Daily Mail.
Spacey is "is taking the time necessary to seek evaluation and treatment" after a string of men accused him of making unwanted sexual advances.
The alleged sex attack is said to have taken place in 2008 when the man, then 23, had asked Spacey for advice with his career, according to The Sun.
"It is alleged a man assaulted another man in 2008 in Lambeth. Officers from the Child Abuse and Sexual Offences Command are investigating."
Spacey is facing a number of allegations of preying on young men and teenagers yesterday as three more alleged victims made claims of grooming and sexual harassment.
Bar worker Daniel Beal said the actor, 58, had once tried to groom him aged 19, when he was employed at the Goodwood Park Hotel in West Sussex in 2010.
He alleged he was offered a £5,000 (NZD $9,467)watch to keep quiet after the two-time Oscar winner flashed him and tried to make him touch his genitals.
Mr Beal said: "Looking back, he was trying to manipulate me from the moment he walked into the bar. In hindsight, that must have been grooming."
A second alleged victim said he woke up on a sofa with Spacey lying on top of him in his underwear following a weekend spent at the star's New York home in 1986.
The unnamed man, who was aged 17 at the time, said: "I was uncomfortable at best, traumatised at worst. He was either very stupid or predatory - or maybe a little of both."
And Roberto Cavazos, a former actor at the Old Vic theatre, predicted there would be more accusations to come - in similar numbers to Harvey Weinstein.
The Mexican actor, 35, said that he had fended off two "unpleasant" advances made by the star in 2008 which 'bordered on harassment'.
Spacey was artistic director of the theatre for 11 years from 2004.
Another said: "He would put his hands on me ... or touch my stomach sometimes in weird ways that in normal everyday conversation would not be appropriate.
"I have no doubt this type of predatory behaviour was routine for him ... Kevin had few if any qualms about exploiting his status and position.'
