Aussie metallers AC/DC will provide the official soundtrack to the upcoming Iron Man 2.
AC/DC: Iron Man 2, containing 15 of the band's classic hits, will be released on April 19. The first video from the album, Shoot To Thrill, was filmed live last month in Buenos Aires as part of their Black Ice tour.
Their music will also feature in the movie, which is due in cinemas this May.
"Music is an integral part of the Tony Stark and Iron Man experience, and we are pleased that Columbia and AC/DC are taking part," said Marvel chief operating officer Tim Connors.
Robert Downey Jr will reprise his role as Tony Stark, along with Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle, Scarlett Johansson, Sam Rockwell, Mickey Rourke and Samuel L. Jackson.
AC/DC are set to play live in Wellington this week (January 28 and 30) and in Auckland next week (February 4).
