KEY POINTS:
Ever wondered why those damned Hollywood casting agents haven't rung yet? It's not your talent, it's your audition skills, silly.
Now you have a chance to prove your Oscar-winning potential through the internet, with a little help from the professionals. OpenCall 07, organised by Auckland Theatre Company and NZ Post, is a search for the country's most promising actors aged 18 to 25.
Start by watching the online audition demo from local actors Robbie Magasiva, Jennifer Ward-Lealand, Damien Harrison and Liesha Ward-Knox, then upload your video audition.
The best will be selected for a live audition next month. Ten will be chosen to attend the ATC summer school, and participate in a performance of a new work, Shrew'd in January.
Judges include Colin McColl (ATC artistic director), Margaret-Mary Hollins (director), and actors Robyn Malcolm, Toni Potter and Craig Parker.
You might even get a look at Robbie's naked bum. Go to www.opencall.co.nz from Monday
