Cuthbert shared a photo of herself on the show's set to Instagram, thanking the "lovely folks" of The Bold And The Beautiful for having her.
Getting a guest role on a soap isn't the only media appearance for Cuthbert, who has landed interview spots on The Late Late Show With James Corden as well as local news and radio stations.
Over the weekend she also landed her first Golden Globes-related sponsored post on Instagram promoting a pet food brand.
Her Instagram profile, which sat at 54,000 followers before the awards show, now boasts more than 228,000 followers.
Cuthbert's viral moment is also estimated to be worth millions for the brand, which has a history of aligning itself with A-list celebrities.
Marketing analytics firm Apex Marketing Group told Yahoo Finance stories about the photo bombing were worth about $16.77 million in advertising.
Apex Marketing Group president Eric Smallwood said it took brand exposure "to a new level not seen in prior Golden Globes".
Despite this, one of the celebrities Cuthbert photo bombed is still not happy about what happened.
Jamie Lee Curtis, who previously slammed Fiji Water on Instagram for their "blatant promotions" at the Globes, told The Talk last week she wasn't opposed to endorsement deals but objected to this stunt as the brand hadn't sought her permission.
"My only beef was that was something that should be informed. It's not a big deal. The truth is, they should say, 'I'm with Fiji Water, may we take a picture?' And then some people would say yes, and some people would say no, and they just have to appreciate for some people that that's not OK. I just thought it wasn't cool, it's not a big deal," Curtis said.
"By the way, it has nothing to do with her, and I only wish her well, and if she hosts the Oscars, I won't watch. But it'll be cute."
