50 Cent's former home will be turned into a care facility.
The In Da Club hitmaker has agreed a sale on his mansion in Farmington, Connecticut and the buyers are hoping to convert the estate into an assisted living facility for elderly people.
The estate reportedly sold for $8 million, which is less than half of the price it was originally listed for back in 2007.
50 Cent is likely to be glad to be shot of the place as he is believed to currently be spending $70,000 a month maintaining the home, which has 21 bedrooms, 25 bathrooms and nine kitchens.
Providing the owner with everything, the estate also features an outdoor infinity pool as well as a second indoor pool, helicopter pad and a nightclub and casino for evening entertainment, TMZ reports.
