Ingredients
2 | Eggs, hard boiled, peeled and chopped |
185 g | John West Tuna - Olive Oil Blend, drained |
2 Tbsp | Lite sour cream |
1 Tbsp | Mayonnaise |
1 Tbsp | Parsley, finely chopped |
1 | Spring onion, finely chopped |
1 to taste | Black pepper |
Directions
Fold all ingredients together, seasoning to taste with Black Pepper.
Serve with Grissini Sticks, Bread Croutons or Crackers.
TIP: Crispy Lettuce Leaves make great "wraps" for the Egg Dip
