Ingredients
½ cup | Soy sauce |
2 Tbsp | Brown sugar |
2 Tbsp | Harvest Roasted Sesame Oil |
2 | Garlic cloves, crushed |
1 tsp | Ginger powder |
3 cm | thick Sirloin Steaks |
Directions
Instructions:
- Whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, Harvest Roasted Sesame Oil, garlic and ginger powder in a medium bowl. Place the steak in a large resealable zip lock plastic bag, pour the marinade over the steak, seal the bag and turn the steak over to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- When ready to cook, remove the steak from the marinade, discarding the leftover liquid. Grill or BBQ your steak to the level you like it cooked.
- Serve with a fresh salad and enjoy!
