Tender, pull-apart chicken is achieved using the slow cooker, a set of Asian ingredients and Campbell's Real Stock for extra flavour without the addition of any unnatural ingredients. This chicken can be served with rice or shred it in to bowls of piping-hot Campbells Real Stock — Chicken with a dash of soy sauce, chopped spring onion and creamed sweetcorn for a quick Chinese chicken soup. Ingredients
1 | Whole chicken (Main) |
1 cup | Campbell's Real Stock, Chicken (Main) |
⅓ cup | Soy sauce |
¼ cup | Honey |
¼ cup | Black vinegar, optional |
2 tsp | Sesame oil |
2 Tbsp | Grated ginger |
2 cloves | Garlic, crushed |
Directions
- Pat chicken dry with paper towel and place inside the slow cooker.
- Mix together all other ingredients and pour over the chicken in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- Pull chicken into pieces to serve with chopped spring onion and coriander , steamed rice and steamed greens.
