Ingredients
4 | Tortilla wraps |
4 small bunches | Roast beef, cooked rare, slices |
10 g | Soy sauce |
10 g | Sesame oil |
1 dash | Salt and freshly ground black pepper |
1 | Avocado, sliced in 1cm wide strips |
4 | Gherkins, sliced long ways in half |
100 g | Whipped cream |
2 Tbsp | Maille Dijon Mustard |
Directions
Roast beef and garnish
1.Mix the soy sauce and the sesame oil together.
2.Cover each slide of roast beef with the previous sauce with a brush.
3.Season with grinded pepper.
Dijon Maille Mustard cream
Whip the whipping cream to make it rise. Then mix it with the Maille Dijon Mustard and season with salt and grinded pepper.
Generously cover the tortilla wraps with the Maille Dijon Mustard cream. Lay one slide of roast beef in the centre of each tortilla. Add the avocado slices and the sliced gherkin on top of the meat. Roll it up tightly together. Cut the wraps in half and serve cold.
