Ingredients
1 packet | Silver Fern Farms Flat Iron Steaks |
½ tsp | Sea salt |
2 cups | Broccoli |
½ tsp | Fine salt |
2 | Kiwifruit, cut in half and quaters |
2 | Spring onions, thinly sliced |
½ cup | Capsicums, thinly sliced |
¼ cup | Coriander leaves, finely chopped |
Vinaigrette
2 Tbsp | Lemon juice |
1 tsp | Sesame oil |
1 Tbsp | Rice bran oil |
2 Tbsp | Soy sauce |
1 Tbsp | Brown sugar |
1 | Garlic clove, crushed |
1 Tbsp | Ginger, grated |
Directions
Toss the steaks in olive oil, salt and pepper. Heat a frypan or barbecue and cook the steaks for 3 minutes each side. Transfer to a plate, cover and rest for 5 minutes.
Place the broccoli and salt in a saucepan. Cover with boiling water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Drain and refresh under cold water.
Combine broccoli, kiwifruit, spring onions, capsicum and coriander in a bowl.
In a jar combine the vinaigrette ingredients. Shake to combine. Pour over the salad ingredients and toss to combine.
Serve steaks with the Broccoli and Kiwifruit Salad.
