Ingredients
100 g | Chantal Organics Ginger Crunch & Plum Granola (Main) |
1 cup | Coconut yoghurt (Main) |
2 | Kiwifruit, sliced |
1 cup | Strawberries, and/or raspberries |
1 | Dole Bananas |
1 handful | Fresh Life Pistachios |
1 Tbsp | Strawberry, optional |
1 small handful | Superb Herb Mint |
1 handful | Fresh Life Coconut Chips |
1 drizzle | Liquid honey |
Directions
- Mash the banana and stir it into the coconut yogurt. Mash the raspberries with jam (if using).
- In three glasses or jars, layer yogurt mix, fruit, granola and mashed raspberries attractively. Garnish with coconut chips, fresh mint and a drizzle of honey.
