A classic Leggo's recipe for Bolognese sauce.
Ingredients
| 1 Tbsp | Olive oil |
| 1 | Chopped onion |
| 2 cloves | Crushed garlic |
| 500 g | Lean beef |
| 250 g | Leggo's tomato paste (Main) |
| 400 g | Chopped tomatoes |
| 1 cup | Beef stock |
| 1 | Bay leaf |
| 1 tsp | Dry mixed herbs |
| 6 servings | Spaghetti |
| 1 small handful | Basil leaves |
Directions
1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over high heat. Sauté onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add mince and cook for 5 minutes or until browned.
2. Stir in Leggo's Tomato Paste, tomatoes, stock, bay leaf and mixed herbs.
