Ingredients
4 cups | Pineapple, fresh, frozen or canned (Main) |
1 | Seeka Avocado, flesh only (Main) |
½ cup | Coconut milk |
1 ½ cups | Pineapple juice |
1 | Frozen banana |
1 Tbsp | Runny honey, to taste |
1 small handful | Ice cubes |
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
