Ingredients
60 ml | Bourbon, choose Kentucky bourbon (Main) |
20 ml | Sugar syrup, equal parts sugar and water heated until sugar melts then cool |
1 | Grapefruit, juiced |
1 bottle | Ginger ale, as much as needed to top up drinks |
Directions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add bourbon, sugar syrup and grapefruit juice, shake well and pour into two glasses. Top with ginger ale.
