Drizzle this sauce over cooked greens, roasted root vegetables, chicken, fish and salads. Add fresh or pickled chillies for an added kick.
Ingredients
¼ cup | Sour cream, or yoghurt |
2 Tbsp | Mayonnaise |
2 cloves | Crushed garlic |
1 large bunch | Chervil, about 25g, or watercress or rocket (Main) |
1 tsp | Green peppercorns, or capers (Main) |
1 | Lemon, or lime, zested and juiced |
Directions
- Blitz cup sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, chervil, green peppercorns and the lemon zest and juice until smooth. Season with salt.
