The following recipe is provided by the 5+ A Day Charitable Trust.
Ingredients
4 | Mandarins (Main) |
2 | Persimmons (Main) |
4 | Kiwifruit, 2 green, 2 golden (Main) |
2 | Nashi pears (Main) |
1 small handful | Mint leaves |
1 Tbsp | White balsamic vinegar, optional |
1 piece | Honeycomb, or 2 Tbsp of honey (Main) |
1 sprinkle | Chia seeds, optional (Main) |
Directions
- Chop all fruit into desired sized chunks and mix together with the balsamic and mint leaves.
- Serve sprinkled with chia seeds and a slice of honeycomb
