Ingredients
8 slices | Prosciutto |
½ | Watermelon (Main) |
1 to drizzle | Balsamic vinegar |
2 | Tomatoes, sliced |
1 to drizzle | Olive oil |
½ cup | Feta, crumbled |
16 | Black olives, stoned |
1 handful | Basil leaves |
Directions
- Slice two 15mm thick rounds from the watermelon, and then cut into wedges.
- Top each wedge with a piece of prosciutto or cured meat, a slice of tomato, good quality black olives, crumbled feta, small basil leaves, and a grind of fresh black pepper. Drizzle with good quality balsamic vinegar and olive oil to serve
